Hotel M&M Beach House - Coco

The room was clean, but the walls were really thin. I heard everything!

it was spotlessly clean, breakfast was generous and delicious. the rooms were spotless and airy with particularly nice views of the beach. had a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. the location was incredible for walking around marina papagayo.

A little property, perfectly clean, great location near the dive shop. The room is bright and the breakfast itself is generous. The services are good, including a nice pool👍

Rooms definitely need more attention!!! Leaky faucets, hard-to-manage doors, and overcrowded bathrooms really detracted from my experience. The lack of tea/coffee facilities throughout the day was a small but frustrating oversight!!!

We greatly enjoyed this low-budget hotel. The staff were supper friendly and affable, helped us with every request. The food was good - a lot of options. Booked the venue for its fantastic location right by other places to eat, restaurants in Playa del Coco and all the best restaurants.

The ocean view terrace is unbeatable! Just steps from the beach, I loved relaxing there. Just beware, the rooms can be a bit noisy, but overall a fun stay 🌊

Breakfast is a total win! I couldn't get enough of the good coffee and fresh local eats. The staff was super sweet, and the beautiful beach view right across made mornings magical. Plus, the lounge areas were charming spots to unwind when things got a bit too warm in the rooms.

I enjoyed the really good location across from the beach, where I could listen to the calming ocean waves. The upstairs terrace provided amazing views and was a perfect spot for breakfast. The staff were friendly.

Absolutley terrible experience! The walls were paper thin, so every tiny sound echoed, and don't get me started on the staff-grumpy and unhelpful at best! I even expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but I guess that's too much to ask. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't. Total letdown!

Recommend it for families seeking beach fun

We loved the fact that just steps away we were on the beach, enjoying the warm waves. The breakfast every morning was substantial and local, kept us full till dinner time, a major win while traveling with family.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for the experiences we had.

I had a fantastic time at this place, thanks to the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious and clean room, and its convenient central location.
